i understand that adhoc mode can be used for wireless adapters to talk to each other without access point. I need to network 3 systems with wireless adapters. Can I do this using adhoc mode on each system or do I need to use an access point to do this?

i have been trying to find drivers for wireless lan mini pci (TI 1410) toshiba portege 4010 its an oldie, and toshiba dont have WPA-PSK drivers for it... any ideas how to get third party or new drivers to make this one work? thanks

I live in France and have my internet account with Orange(Wanadoo). I have just moved onto broadband at 1mb. I had a lot of problems trying to connect my desktop to the LiveBox modem but eventually managed it using ethernet conection. Desktop now works OK.
