I have a home network using XP Home as my main computer. I am trying to
configure a Windows 2000 Professional computer to access the internet
wirelessly from my XP Home computer.
I have enabled ICS in my XP Home computer and my Windows 2000 computer shows

my laptop (acer travelmate 4200) disconnects from my wireless network if i
disconnect the mains power supply (eg: use in battery mode only). Is this
usual on laptops that you need 'Full power ' to access this function?
Any help appreciated..

Hello all.  Any help you could offer would be helpful.  I have always thought
of myself as a bit technology savvy, however this issue has me realizing my

Despite the v good wizards on newly purchased XP running laptop, I've not

I had to re-install Windows XP on my hard drive.  Started to run system and
