I need to know how to setup a public hotspot to where users will automatically be connected to wireless networking. Where all they have to do is open their browser and they are online. How does the acess point need to be configured to make this happen?

Recently purchased a Blekin USB Wireless Network Adapter. When I put it in the PC's USB socket I got a message that mentioned voltages and resetting. Now the software can't find the adapter. Do I need to reset the USB?

I tried installing Q815485_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU.exe but it won't install on a sp2 pc. I then tried installing WindowsXP-KB893357-v2-x86-ENU.exe which installed but didn't change anything or offer wpa. Any suggestion beyong reinstall?

Trying to install a new Belkin USB Wireless adapter into an old PC (it was given to me so don't know much about it - Intel Celeron 400 MHz 128mb RAM. I can't get the Belin USB device to fit into the USB sockets. Is it possible they're a different (older?) type?
