I need to know how to setup a public hotspot to where users will
automatically be connected to wireless networking.  Where all they have to
do is open their browser and they are online.
How does the acess point need to be configured to make this happen?

Trying to install a new Belkin USB Wireless adapter into an old PC (it was
given to me so don't know much about it - Intel Celeron 400 MHz 128mb RAM.
I can't get the Belin USB device to fit into the USB sockets.
