I purchased one WRT54GX4 wireless router for my home just to use it as a
wireless access point to share my lazy dial-up connection with my brother.
But after installing this i noticed that it is disconnecting after every 3
minutes. Then i had to restart it to get it online.

I have an old Win 98 system that I would like to connect to my new WinXP
system wirelessly. I have DSL with an 802.11N Router on the new system and
802.11G  card on the old system. What is the best way to connect them so I

I've recently built a new machine which includes a Linksys WMP54G. For about
two weeks it was fine but today it's been getting disconnected from my
wireless network and having to reconnect. The regularity varies from several
hours between incidents to several times in a minute.

I have fixed my networking problems by renaming all my computers and
creating a new workgroup.  they now share files and printers.

I work for a place that has outside wireless system. This is commercial
class. There are many trees so we have a very hard time transmitting the
signal due to all of the interference of the trees.

I have 5 machines, all running XP Pro, on a home wireless network
Problem is the machines keep dropping off the network.  If I run the wizard
on a particular machine it will be accessible for a week or so, but then it
just drops off and I need to run it again.

Let's say you have one of the new generation Wireless routers that has
a range 2-6x that of 802.11g.
  Bear in mind that I am not worried about speed at all.  Only range.
