I've been trying since Nov 29th to contact Belkin customer services
over a faulty router.
I've Emailed almost daily and have phoned every couple of days.
Not sure what else to do, probably have to buy a new one.

I am receiving the following error message a startup: "A duplicate name
exists on the network."  I know why its happening - because my laptop is
connecting via wired and wireless.  However, I don't know how to resolve
this issue.
