Is there any practical way to limit which access points that a Windows
XP machine can connect to?  I would like to ensure that my children
are always connected to my access point and not one of the many

I have a wireless peer-to-peer network.  It was working fine until recently.  
PC2 connects wirelessly fine to PC1, but now PC2 cannot open any web page.  I
tried turning off the firewall in both PCs to no avail.  I even tried
restoring PC2 to an earlier check point.

I'm trying to connect to my network with a laptop.
It tells me I am connected, however I cannot access the internet, and
my network software on my desktop computer tells me that there is no
laptop connected to the network.

Problem is, that I can't get a connection from my Vista (wireless)
laptop to the WinXP (wired) LAN.
From WinXP LAN I have a connection to the Vista laptop, but not the
other way around.
