When using either the on board or PCMCIA wireless adaptor driven by Windows now wirless networks are ever found. If I switch to the third party driver for the PCMCIA card all works fine.

I realise this may sound a strange setup, but bear with me..... I have a Netgear WN121T USB Wireless N adapter and I'm trying to get an XP machine that is running on VMWare Server to work with it. My access point is running WPA2 and I've downloaded the XP hotfix to support WPA2.

My Motorola Surfboard modem has a wireless access point built in (SBG 900). My desktop PC is connected to the modem with an Ethernet cable. The desktop PC is connected to my printer with a parallel cable to the printer's parallel port.
