When I connect my laptop to a wired connection the network card automatically
disables. I know at 1 point I chose this setting and now I cannot find it.
Any help?

I see that the IP address in a wired LAN can be renewed by the "ipconfig
/renew" directive in a command prompt window.
How does one release/renew the IP address of a wireless LAN connection?

Ok I just got a wireless network router and I set it up the way I should have
when I try to set up my wireless network on my computer it sais no wireless
conections detected it is 1 foot away!!  any ideas?

The best price (with decent reviews) I have found so far is the Hiro
H50069 at about 50C$ including shipping. There are cheaper ones on
Tigerdirect but none have as good as reviews as this one for the money.

My wireless printing setup is very slow.
-- Printing a single page from my wireless laptakes several minutes.
After selecting file-print it taked about a minute to open the print
dialogue box.  Then another minute or so to actually print.
