Is it possible to make an ethernet connection and wireless connection into one so that programs. I have got two internet connections which I want join together so we can get a merged speed of both lines. I dont want to spent lots of money on a router which has two internet ports

i work in a Windows domain on a Lenovo T60p laptop. I connect via wireless. Everything works fine when I log in the domain. When I leave the domain, I cannot use IE to browse nor send mail. Skype works. Troubleshooting so far reveals that I can ping IP addresses and can visit
