Is it possible to implement 802.11i in a home wireless network, with computers running Windows XP Pro (SP2), an using any one of several commercially available 802.11g routers (by Linksys, D-Link, etc.)? Thanks in advance for any help

I recently moved my wireless router and cable modem away from my Vista PC. It was always configured wirelessly, as I knew I would have to move it at some point. I left the computer on when I unplugged the router etc. and then set them up downstairs.

I've gone through the questions already on here about this and tried a few things, but still no sucess. I know it's something to do with the IP/DNS address but I've run out of things to try (I'm only a learner so go easy on me !!).
