We have a LinkSys G router. I need help determining which options to use to secure it, both in Windows and in the Router's config. While I know my way around Windows for the most part, wireless networking is not something I am skilled with.

I have a netgear wg602 access point that sometimes will lock up when a laptop using it goes to sleep. not every time, and not with every laptop, but it is a bother. anyone seen that, know a fix???

My internet connection does not automatically connect when Windows starts. I need to start the Wireless Connection manager that came with my DWA-142 (Dlink adapter) in order to get the internet connection. I did not need to do this before updating the driver on the DWA-142.
