How do I stop MSN from starting?01 Sep 2003 00:33 GMT3
MSN starts every time I start my computer or re boot. I don't use MSN. How
can I stop it from starting?

I created a new user profile in XP Home.  Although, the
profile shows up in User Accounts and on the Welcome
screen, no new folders are created for it and when I try
to login with the new profile, I get a pop-up window

When my daughter try to launch Orly's Draw-A-Story she
got an error message that WINSPOOL.DLL not found. I
followed the instructions at the Broaderbund site to
