My home page is Hotmail but it keeps being replaced by another Web site. I go into the tools menu and click the General tap to bring back my home page which works for a time, but after a few hours or maybe a day the same rogue Web site appears. How do I stop this please?

A virus has changed my administrator password, and my computer will only boot up into safe mode. Is there any way around this. I have hit F8 and tried all of the options but it will only open to safe mode.

I recently downloaded an update to my XP from MS and now I have this added Log On step ( it has me as the Administartor ). This step comes on at the start and also after a pause and it appears upon moving the mouse.
