Unable to read form C:\Documents & Settings\default\My Documents\My Pictures\Bowl Test 1.jpg, it is opened by someone else.

We are a university computer lab.  We recently installed
WinXP on a few of the machines.  On each one, the desktop

What is the proceedure to eliminate this problem.

I get the following error message once I have started

WHen trying to start the computer (op system Win XP Home), I am
getting 2 different error messages:
1. Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encounted a problem and
has to shut down

I keep getting error messages Remote Procedure Call
Service terminated unexpectedly NT authority system.  
then in one minute the system reboots.

W32.Blaster.Worm  is that what is causing to RCP
termination, if so do we do about it?

Having to deal with W32.Blaster.Worm, Symantec Security
suggests to Turn off Windows XP System Rescue first.
Please can you tell me How to Turn off Windows XP System
Rescue.
