How can I disable shortcut keys in Win XP?  I am running
an application and I can Ctrl-Atl-I to do something, but

Windows XP, never had a problem, diligent about virus
scanning and keeping a clean system. Just upgraded memory
yesterday:256 to 512. Now I click on Start, Shut down,
then the Windows shutting down screen appears...then

I have a number of "dbx" folders/files. I did not create
them, the system did. Now, I'm trying to figure out how
to move them and/or open them. I've tried a number of

On this XP box, all folders and subfolders on local
drives have 'read only' checked on.  I can uncheck it and
click OK but upon reopening the properties of that

(network), i find out that it is very slow. I am using
