A user is having two problems after he recently upgraded
to Windows XP Home Edition. When in the Internet he gets
the message:
System is shutting down... initiated by NT Authority

When the PC boots it gets past the xp splash and then
this message appears "The procedure entry

library SHLWAPI.DLL" I hit OK, and the next message

I am trying to use my cellphone as a wireless modem for
my Toshiba laptop.  I am running Windows XP Home.  I
cannot get the computer to recognize the phone as a

The synchronization manager icon is showing up next to clock in my desktop
screen. When I click on it, the "pop-up"displays: SYNCHRONIZATION
