I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 8500 running Windows
XP Pro.  When I attempt to acquire updates from
Microsoft, all goes well until the final stage where I am
asked to accept the licensing agreement.  The problem is

 My computer starts fine but after a while it stops in
the middle of windows startup and a blue screen appears
saying Unmountable boot volume. What does that mean and
