Does Kazaa create computer problems?04 Sep 2003 21:27 GMT3
Since I've been burnt by other downloads, I should like to have some advice
about Kazaa, the music sharing system: is it safe to download or do you get
into all sorts of computer problems, spy ware and God knows what?

So here's the deal.  I have a problem with my new vidcard
and think it might be driver related, I get the newest
drivers unistall the old ones and install the new ones,
doesn't fix it.  Do lot of other things but in the end I

when i bought my computer i bought it from a small

With Home Version XP we have 2 user accounts without
passwords.  Recently, one user gets the following error
when trying to access Tools, Internet Options..."This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in

Somehow, I have "lost" the ability to set my history
settings on the internet (that was earlier located in
the "Internet Options" menu at the top left of the
internet page).  Instead, now I have a Security options

I suspect NVIDIA is slowing everything down on my computer
to the point I have no desire to go anywhere near my

The printing on my computer is too small.  I have gone to
the accessibiity option in the control panel and although
windows messages are bigger, the actual type of most
information I receive through the internet is too small.

three users tries to switch to their own session. after

Installed SP1 on XP Home Edition and now can't launch MS
Internet Exploer.  All the network connection settings are
set correctly via 56k modem.  MSN connects briefly then

I have problems logging on not sure of a message that
continues to pop up as a mishandled exception at a
numbered location.  Not sure what this means but when you
