I need help very badly!!! I couldn't open attachments
because Windows 98 (Word & Excel) are being used.  How
can access this.  How can you Windows XP Homne compatible
with Windows 98 or lower version of Windows.  Thanks.

I have Windows XP Home Edition on my computer. The
problem is, when I turn on the computer, I get this error
message:
Windows could not start because the following file is

my control panel will not open up.  no error messages -
it just hangs and i need to reboot to stop the problem.  
i recently added a number of software updates, as well as

I recently changed some policy changes regarding user
