I have 2 OS on my computer WinXP-Pro. and LinuxRedHat 9.0

Computer turns on to the screen that says "Microsoft is
turning on" but it doesn't.  After a few minutes, the
computer is unplugged, rests for three or four minutes,
then plugged in, turned on and then I'm able to sign in.

startup-or with Outlook Express.  I like MSN messenger,
but I don't alway want to use it.  I have removed it from
