Hello, my name is Cj.  I was wondering how to get rid of
the annoying blue bar on the left hand side when you open
such utilities as MY COMPUTER or CONTROL PANNEL.  I think
it's some sort of Task Bar.  ...But it's annoying.  Thank

The Help and Support Center doesn't start anymore on my
computer.  Can anyone help locate it on the computer or

I have had a pane show up on the left side of my desktop moving everything
to the right. This pane contains "Folder Task" with options for rename,
move, copy and delete. A second header under this is "Other places" with

Desperate to find a solution to this weird problem in my Windows XP
