the system turns on, but shuts back down again in like 15
to 20 seconds. sometimes i can get into BIOS mode, but not
enough time to make any changes. the computer wont even
stay up long enough to get to the XP start-up screen.some

I start my windows.  A file is missing or corrupt:

Sometimes when I am supposed to receive a picture in OE, all I get are empty
boxes with a red X in the top left corner.
Sometimes when I do receive the "toon" or picture ok, I am unable to send

Says it was shut down improperly (even though I hadn't
