Got a weird problem, first time I ever encountered it.  I'm using WinXP
Professional, which I pretty much had installed for me.  That means I
don't know if I'm logged in as admin by default, nor do I know how to

I was using a third party program to build an install
program for a VB program I wrote. In my program I us a file
extension .exc. When I created a new file association I
miss spelled the .exc and typed in .exe. At the time I

What do I do to set my parental controll differently. I
have no children but when I want to go to some sites it
will not let me go there due my parental controll. Also I

I had to perform a standard system restore on my PC.  
Prior to this, I was totally unable to backup or copy any
of my files to a zip drive or CD.  My computer was totally
locked up.
