I had xp installed on my hard drive but it was called E:
and sometimes when I went to install other software (for

Not sure what happened but I lost the menu bar in Windows

For over a year, my Windows XP listed 3 users, one
was "Administrator" (the one I used), and the other two
were names of co-workers (never actually used by them).  
None contained passwords.  I always just logged on as the

I reformatted my hard drive and tried to reinstall
Windows XP and this is the message I received.

For some reason my Lexmark X63 printer takes about 5 minutes to accept a
print command.  Once accepted it prints normally.  I have a query into
Lexmark support but they have not replied as yet.  I wonder if the problem
lies in the printer, the software or ???.  I would appreciate ...

I was at a lose yesterday, couldn't get thru to Microsoft
and unfortunately no one seemed able to help yesterday. I
followed all ideas and posts to the T last night. Nothing.
Before I left work, I dug deeper into Microsofts website.

cannot access the owner's files.  I was given a new
owner's file labelled Owner.YOUR-W92P4BHLZG.  I still
have the original file.  My original owner account was
