I still can't use MSN or on line banking It just won't work everything else

When i hit control alt delete the window will only appear
for a breif second not long enuff for me to do anything.
the same thing happens when i try to put my cpu in safe
mode. i will click run type in msconfig and click ok then

I had to do a deep scandisk con WIN XP HOME and it asked for next time
