My XP Pro machine (All of a sudden) is not allowing me to logon to my NT 4.0 Domain. I have admin rights and am getting the following error: "The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively" Any help out there?

While using the On Screen Keyboard with the Hungarian language layout, pretty soon the keyboard utility seems to suck up all the cpu time. All applications stop responding until I manage to kill the keyboard utility
