How can I set hard drive space for limits per user for
downloading purposes.

I am having this problem for some time now.
Other than internet explorer none of the applications
would open by double clicking them. On double click any
of the following two messages appear:

I set up my computer and it worked great the first day.  
The next time I came back up to it, the computer was on
the log in screen saying I needed a password for the
account user of 'Owner'.  I never set a password, so if

i've been locked out of my windows xp for a couple of

on start up and asks me if i want to activate windows.
