Windows explorer crash when opening ANYTHING!20 Dec 2003 05:58 GMT5
FOr some odd reason...windows explorer crashes ( has
encountered an error and needs to close message) anytime I
try and open anything from my desktop, or program menu. The
only exception is the few options available to me from the

Does anyone know about "RPL halted". My other pc has boot
problem, it stuck in the bios and print message "RPL
halted". Please help me if you know the solution. Thanks

Just a thought...why did MS never throw a user definable switch on the
Window Open Menu (top top top left option menu on all windows) to make the
window a top level control? I am a C# developer and use VS.NET. I also
commonly use notepad for dirty data pooling, as all developers do, ...

Hi, I have sort of a weird problem with Windows XP..I
just came home to the east coast from school on the west
coast, and when I went to change the time zone, the map
was completely blank and there are no time zone options
