I purchased a new PC using Windows XP Home edition.
I found that the control panel does not have an
Accessability option icon, also the program files-
accessability- does not have an Accessbility wizard option.

when i open I. E. when i try anything i get PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.in " my
computer" favorites work fine but not with program files or short cut.

My inquiry is, when one buys the XP Pro upgrade, does that enable one to
have a back up disk to trouble shoot the OS when and if there is a failure?
I, thankfully, haven't had a problem with my XP Home OS yet, but always
wanted the original CD, which was not included with my machine ...

Hi, I try to down load the updates & crtical patches from

When a link is written in an email or other place it is highlighted and
underlined. But when I click on it, the browser doesn't come up and the site
isn't accessed.  What can I do to make that happen? It used to!
