do any of you ever get responses to your questions? i have had a post on here for over a week and no one has answered. i asked another person that posted and he also had not received a reply. this is not much of a help site.

Help! I just received my new Dell PC 2400. I started it up and hooked it up to an extra Monitor I have. It started with the acceptance of the Dell guidelines at the beginning and showed the PC serial number on the screen.
