I recently upgraded to XP and set up a user account. I
thought I made my new user the administrator but I cannot
install programs or anything. When I try to switch
accounts to use the administrator it's not there? How can

I have documents on an old floppy from a Macintosh LC II
that I need to edit in Windows.  I have both that computer
and a new pc using Win XP.  Only the pc has internet
access. Any way to get the Mac files into the pc?

Every 60 seconds my computer displays an error code:
APP_VERO_ 63743 (shown on blue top line).  In the body of
the message it says: "Connection timed out (Error
#10060).  I have no idea where to look for the problem.

This year I got a new computer with XP and Excel. I used to have Works,
which was able to print out labels for Christmas cards. But now, figuring
out how to do the same with Excel is like pulling teeth. The Excel HELP is
useless - it doesn't even mention labels.
