I have to clear my HD, reformat and re load my software.  
I recall when I first installed xp that I need to get a
key from microsoft or some authorization n order to
reload xp.

When attempting to download a pdf via the Internet, I'm being directed to a
blank, white page with a tiny square in the upper left-hand corner. This
square has a blue, a green and a red dot in it. I've got a work-around for
it by right clicking on the file and using "Save as Target" ...

I have another drive on my computer that I can't boot
