I am all of sudden getting the following error message

I have a Dell laptop running Windows XP Home Edition.  It
has worked fine for the 1-2 years I've had it.  A few days
ago when we turned it on, we encountered an error message
during boot-up (before getting to the desktop):

I have two hd's on my computer ,can I copy everything from master to slave,
and how would I do that .Because when I use rescue disks supplied with

I installed windows XP onto my gateway computer.  The
computer crashed (thanks to teenage kids) and we had the
harddrive rebuilt.  We cannot access the word program.  it

Machine running fine. Come back after Thanksgiving and

Has anyone else gotten this error? When I start up my
computer, it asks for my password... So I type it in, and
sometimes it takes an extra minute or two booting up, and
when it does, there's an error message that says

I cannot back up any more files to cd rw It says it is read only.  it has 45
million bytes on the disk and says no capacity left ..Is this disk really
full?
