I'm running XP Pro, 1280x1024 resolution, the left hand column of my xp style start menu is full, expanded right to the top of the screen, but there is lots of space on the right column- is there any way to add items to the right column?

When I open Recycle bin it shows no deleted files even
though I know there is 10 in there. When I open Nortons
Protected recycle bin (System Works) I get an error that
