i have been trying to do windows update but it tells me ........your current
security settings prohibit running activex controls on this page . i have
done all the changes they have said to do in the update site but nothing
works . also when i try to sign into my hotmail account on ...

Every time I try and open my user accounts I get a
warning message, "out of memory" and I try and do any
thing else on the user account page I get the

Turned PC on this morning, system boots up to desktop picture but theres no
icons,no task bar, nothign at all just blank picture, im unable to right or
left click on the desktop.
I can press Alt/Ctrl/Del and open programes from there using the New task

This morning I started a scan on my computer with Norton AntiVirus as I do
once a week.  A few minutes into the scan Norton shut down and I received an

My power users login after I install an app using Administrator permisssions. When they try to launch the new app the MSI comes up trying to install the product again.... I can fix it by giving them admin permissions or by letting the MSI ramble through registering the product ...

to change each time.Is there any way to delete the old
