Please help don't know what happened but when I turn on
computer it now asks me to click on the owner to log on to
windows, it never use to do this it always would do it

As an administrator I need to take away local admin rights
for users, but there are certain apps that require admin
rights when being updated, which the user performs updates

my daughters laptop will not load XP home
when prompted it wont go into safe mode or any other
options, she just gets the blue screen saying windows was

I seem to be having some major computer problems, just

I activated my user accounts with an administrator and I
am not happy with the way I have to log on to use my
computer and I am having trouble getting programs to run
under anything but the administrator login.  I would like

I cannot access secure sites, such as paypal, airline
ticket purchases, etc.
However, when I do a "system restore" I can, but after I
shut down and re-start, the access does not work.
