Good day all: I just wanted to know one thing. When you load an application say like MSN Messenger, or IEsetup, once the program is loaded can I delete the actual 'setup' file still left in the application folder and not have it affect

When attempting to perform a backup, the following message appears:"Insufficient disk space. Verify that you have full access to the working folder and there is disk space available". This is a relatively new computer & I have performed several backups without any problem.
