When attempting to install Earthlink Total Access I get a
message indicating my computer does not have required
compnents, namely "Remote Network (Dialup Networking)
Network interface Card or dialup Adapter TCP/IP Protocal"

My son downloaded a program called Kazaa.  When I attempt to delete this
program I receive the following notice "error in
C:/hwindows/system32/CD_dint.Dll.  Missing entry: servicerundll"  What does
this mean? Is there anything I can do ? Thanks, Dennis

I have lost the option of saving messages in my sent
items box.  I've tried downloading Service pack # 6,

i sent a webpage to my desktop for quick use. When i click on it says This

Create an association in the folder options control panel.
