XP will not start and is in a continous startup boot
loop.  Normal, safe, recent version, command prompt none
of these boot options work.  Have tried a recovery install
from xp CD and still does not work.  States install failed

XP on Pentium III/600 MHz: Cannot access USB Jump Drive. Autoplay is enabled and USB scanner works fine. Have switched between two available ports and still not working. Drive is recognized and appears when shutting off to remove. Any ideas?
