Running Windows XP Home Edition.  Unable to access Windows
help and support from lefthand desktop popup menu.  "Help
and Support" in shown with its Help icon,  however when I
click on it nothing happens.

This has got to be easy, but I can't find the option.  I

I have lost the ability to get into any of the websites
that require me to use a password.  I get the "server not
found" screen.  I have checked my IE settings.  Anybody

I have a PC issue that I can't figure out.
My PC would'nt open due to a corrupt win32 file and I
tried a Non-Destructive restore, NG, Tried again but
still could not open the PC.
