When first loging on to XP I get an error message that says Pgsdk.dll cannot be found. I found the file and downloaded it to a disk in Zip Format, but I now need to get directions on what to do with it? Where does it go?

Is it possible to copy mp3's in that format onto a blank CD ROM. In Media Player it converts to WAV format which is much larger. My daughter has has a walkman type thing that claims to play mp3's. We've been unable to copy these to disc. Do I need a specialised program or disc.
