I feel like I'm on the freaking round-a-bout in London
with this crap --- I'm VERY upset.
Here's what happened:
1) performed a repair of my mother's OEM installation

I need to remove the multi-pass and add/remove won't work, canon said to ask
Microsoft.  Canon said that the file ctree.dll in folder is a system file
and I need to unlink it.  How do I remove it (ctree.dll) and what will it do
to my system?  I'm running MS xp PRO with all updates.. ...

Does anyone know if you can save the settings from an Accessibility
Wizard to a file in Windows XP to then be loaded on another PC so that
you don't have to go through the wizard again.  I found documentation
