My didital camera CD drivers are for windows 98 I can not get a hold of Argus camera's

on them. in control panel only a few items will open.

I had a a computer at work that I had password protected.  
I also had my "My Documents" folder password protected.
I'm no longer working for that company and I took out the
hard drive (That belonged to me) and put it in my machine
