Just a couple months ago, I installed Windows XP.  Now all of a sudden, I'm getting an error message in a warning dialogue box which says, "LSA Shell (Export Version) encountered a problem".  There is s small countdown within that dialogue box giving me 45 seconds to save things ...

When I boot up my computer I get the above error message.
This is causing my DSL not to connect.  The above program
is not found in my computer or on the Windows XP CD.  What

was working until someone tried to load a game.  Now it
will not even start in safe mode.  Safe mode w/command
