Within the last few days, my machine wouldn't log me on
(as user001...i never changed it). It told me that my
user001 may be corrupt and it was giving me a temporary
ID and I was working, but all settings were forgotten

Can I download powerpoint and what version would I need?  
Do I have to pay for this software and will it take a lot

I can't alter the CREATOR OWNER permissions on the c:
drive.  I'm logged on as Administrator and all the
permissions for CREATOR OWNER are blank.  I hit full
control and apply but all permission boxes go blank.

Hi...I am unable to start my son's computer...when window
loads I get a blue screen which doesnt stay very

Disk Management in Windows XP Home Edition not working01 Apr 2004 03:03 GMT2
I have a problem accessing the Disk Management tool within Windows XP
(Home Edition).  When I run DISKMGMT.MSC I get a grey error box
labeled Logical Disk Manager that says:
"No such interface supported"
