my daughter has win. 98, she can't get to internet explorer. she somehow
downloaded virtual bounce, and its says she has parasites, and it wants her

when I login I am getting the following error:

im using windows xp home edition.  I ran my antivirus
tool while my computer is restarting.  After scanning all

prob = x3 personal user accounts x1 administrator account
personal users cannot connect to internet on their own personal accounts
only the administrator account will connect to net

After changing workgroup and username, i cannot log on,
it asks me for a password. I've tried a blank password,
password, 123, 321,etc.  Nothing seems to work.  I can't
understand why it would set a password?

Stop Error 0X00000076 was displayed on my screen twice in
two days. The first time it indicated to restart my
computer and if the problem persisted contact technical
support. The same stop error message displayed again
