I created a new user account on xp home.  When attempting to log onto this account an error message pops up stating "Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded."  I have searched Google and not found an answer to my specific problem.  Can anyone help, please?

Since I've installed XP Pro I am no longer able to view DVDs on my system.
Do I need to purchase new software to play DVDs or is there somthing I can
d-load from Microsoft? I currently have Windows Media player v.9
The DVD player is working as it will play CDs just fine.
