I can turn on my computer and log on only after it tells me
that the application BROWSE.dll in not workign and that
that my desktop wont appear neither will the start menu.

Can anyone tell me the path to the executable for Windows
Picture & Fax Viewer on Windows XP?  I can't find it
anywhere!

Once I reinstalled XP and had no programs installed it was
very quick.  After loading about 5 programs and peripheral
drivers it runs alot slower.  Programs installed include
(Easy CD Creator 5, Kaaza, WinMX, Office XP) and drivers

I down loaded a file which I tried to remove.
During the removal process - to stop it running again
I "right klicked" to make it start as with "word pad".
Now ALL my ".exe" files start with word pad. This

I posted this last night, but nobody has answered. Could someone please tell
how to get the font sizes back to normal all over Windows and other programs
after changing them in accessibility? I was just messing around with it, and
need them back to normal. Thank you.

I am using Windows XP Home and nothing will launch.  For

Hi, I'm running Windows XP and whenever I try to boot, my keyboard
does not work.  It works fine in BIOS, but as soon as windows boots
up, it stops working.  It's a ps/2 keyboard, and I've tried several
other keyboards, but none of them have worked.  The system is a p3-450

I cannot log into any secure sites.  Was trying to
install service pack 1 for xp but keep getting warning
sayint it cannot be downloaded because you current
security settings prohibit running Active x controls on

Could somebody please advise me on the following:

laptop I bought her and she has forgotten it. Now she can
not use it anymore.

Hello to all,
I currently have a PC with 2 HDDs.  The first is the OS and software and the
second is the data.  The data drive included the "My Documents" and was set
for my account under Windows 2000.

my password of ADSL is memorized by XP
but i forget my password of ADSL in XP,so if i want to reinstall my XP,i
will not use ADSL,so
how do i view this password? or where can i found this password in XP?
