I have windowsXPpro. The other day i turned on my PC and
it said config file missing, so i had to reinstall the
XPpro on top of the old copy
Now i can boot into windows but i cant get my documents

Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if someone can help me. My outlook express 6 hangs
while its trying to load, I have AVG antivirus installed with the email plug
in. Is AVG the problem of making it hang? If not, please help.

ummmm yesterday i was on my computer perfectly fine but
then i uninstalled an annoying web tool bar and it
prompted me to restart my computer to finish the
uninstallation. when i tried to get back on my computer

Im trying to help my mom. She has her email ready to send
and when she clicks send in the bottom left hand corner
of the page it says error on page. It also does the same

I can still view the properties of files and drives, but
not file folders?  Is there a specific program that needs

Hello,
After a System Recovery I cannot access my old accounts.
The folders are still in C:\Documents and Settings but
those accounts that had a password cannot be accessed.
