Conoco pay on line says that we need to be at 6.0 at
least.  My version I believe to be 5.1.  How can I update

i can go to the site but when i start to check out it says
provider cannot be found page cannot be displayed

when i start up and it loads windows it comes up with
stuff about getiums cannot be found

Right-click works for everything except all EXCEL files
when using Windows Explorer.

Can you help with a read only problem attached to
accessing folders. When I deselect the read only option
on the folder menu then press ok and close the folder.
Upon reopening the same folder the read only is checked.

When I go onto the internet after opening the first screen
my PC gives me an error message about the
C:\WINDOWS/system32/lsass.exe file. The system then gives
me a warning that in 60 seconds it will shutdown.

I have Windows XP professional and am unable to open "
Help and Support" in the start menue

I have Win XP.  When I go to 'Turn Off Computer' and then 'turn off' the
computer will shut down but will immediately restart.  The only way I can
turn the computer is is manually.

I have a wierd problem at work. when i shut down or
restart my computer my screensaver works fine. But after a
while it stops working. I need it to work because i need
to have my screen lock if i walk away without locking it.

We have lost the admin passwords and are unable to log
onto our computer.  Is there a way around the passwords or
to reset them without logging on.

is this a result of the virus overclocking my CPU?

I have a folder full of mp3 music files. They are on a
seperate hard drive from my operating system. The folder
size is about 1 gig, except the only way for me to view
the the files or access them is by going to Tools>Folder

I bought new computer and cannot download important disc to new computer..old one is hp with windows me..new one is e-machine with windows xp...can someone help..please
